We train on Wednesdays:

April to End of September at Penarth Athletic Ground
6-7pm for the juniors • 7-dark for the seniors.

October to end of March at Penarth Leisure Centre
5-6pm for juniors • 6-7pm for seniors.


There will be a Penarth 8's tournament held by the Penarth Lacrosse Team on the Saturday 26th September,
there will also be a disco after the tournament at 8pm for thoses who wish to attend.
The cost and times of the tournament and the disco will be put up on this space when confirmed,
so keep checking this space for the up to date information.
