After winning the Zenith West 2 League in 2009 and obtaining promotion Penarth Mens Team have finished the season mid table in 6th place. A strong performance which places us in a good position for next season.

Penarth Host Army College.
On Tuesday the 19th March Penarth Lacrosse Club organised a taster day for the Military Preparation College Cardiff. Sessions were run in the morning and afternoon for 32 students.
All of the participants were completely new to the game. The students put a great deal of effort and enthusiasm into the sessions and both ended with a short game. The progress made in such a short time was remarkable and the students deserve a lot of credit for their attention and work ethic.
Staff and pupils were impressed by the game and several expressed an interest in playing in the future. Josh Foley, a Penarth player and student at the college organised the whole event and Ray Nash a coach at Penarth Club who coaches at International level provided the training and coaching for the day.
Penarth Enter Bath 8's
Penarth have entered the Bath 8's which is being held on 4th September at Bath Lacrosse Club.
